Q & A Page
Q: How do I identify the size of a tree?
A: Tree sizes are indicated by color-coded tags attached at the base of each tree for easy identification.
Q: How do I identify the tree species?
A: For your convenience, each tree is tagged near the top with the species clearly written (e.g., Noble Fir, Douglas Fir, Grand Fir). This makes it easy to identify the type of tree when unloading your order.
Please note: This top tag is for species identification only and is separate from the color-coded tag at the base, which is used to indicate the tree size.
Q: When will my trees be cut for shipment?
A: Trees are freshly cut and delivered to our yard daily during the production season. We are committed to providing the freshest trees possible to ensure lasting quality and enjoyment.
Q: How are my trees packaged?
A: Each tree is individually baled with twine to protect its branches and ensure easier handling, stacking, and transport.
Q: What happens if there’s an issue with my order?
A: Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If there’s a problem with your order, please contact us right away so we can promptly address and resolve the issue. We are committed to ensuring your experience with Olympic Mountain Evergreen exceeds your expectations.
